Professor Max Wade CEnv to be the Next CIEEM President

Chartered Environmentalist, Professor Max Wade, has been elected President-Elect at the recent CIEEM AGM. 

Max is currently Honorary Secretary (and therefore an existing member of CIEEM's Governing Board) and will take up the post of President in November 2018 when Stephanie Wray CEcol CEnv FCIEEM will step down. Max (above right) will serve as President for a term of three years. HE is also a Chartered Ecologist (CEcol) and a Fellow of CIEEM (FCIEEM). 

Also at the AGM, Richard Handley CEcol MCIEEM (above left) was elected as Honorary Secretary-Elect and will take over Max's current role in November next year. In addition, Cody Levine CEnv MCIEEM (above centre) was elected to the Governing Board. Both join the CIEEM Governing Board with immediate effect.

Richard Birch CEcol MCIEEM, Emma Hatchett MCIEEM, Matthew Heydon MCIEEM and David Wells CEnv MCIEEM have been elected to CIEEM's Advisory Forum, which provides advice to the Governing Board, the Standing Committees and the Secretariat on key operational matters that impact on members and on professional practice.
